Fix 1: Restart Your S24 Ultra

  • On your Samsung S24 phone, Press and hold Volume Down + Side Power button, until some menu options appear on your phone screen.
  • From the available option, tap on “Restart” option.
  • Once your device restart, check wifi is working or not.

Fix 2. Turn OFF and ON Wifi

  • On your device, go to Settings > Connections.
  • Toggle OFF Wifi and then toggle it ON.
  • And then check if it is working or not.

Fix 3. Forget Wifi Network

  • On your S24 device, go to Settings > Connections.
  • Tap on Wifi and then tap on Settings icon next to wifi network that you have issue with.
  • Tap on “Forget”.
  • Now, go ahead and try to reconnect to the same Wifi network and check if that work.

Fix 4. Reset Wi-Fi Settings

  • On your S24 device, go to Settings > General Management.
  • Tap Reset > Reset W-Fi and Bluetooth Settings > Reset Settings.
  • Now, connect to the same wi-fi network and see if that helps.
