Fix 1. Update Discord

Make sure that you are using the latest version of Discord, whether you are using Discord desktop app on Windows or using Discord app on Android or iOS.

Older versions might have bugs and compatibility issues that prevent the server banner from showing.

Hence, check for Discord updates in your Microsoft Store, Discord’s Website or on App Store or Play Store.

Now, check server banner is showing or not.

Fix 2. Clean Discord Reinstallation

  • For this, first install Revo uninstaller program on your PC.
  • Go to: https://www.revouninstaller.com/ and click on “Free Downloads”.
  • Then click on “Portable”. A zip file will get downloaded.
  • Extract the ZIP file and open “Revouninstaller_Portable” folder.
  • Open “RevoUPort”. Click “OK” to continue.
  • Look for Discord and right-click on it and select “Uninstall”.
  • Uncheck “Make a System Restore Point before uninstall” and click “Continue”.
  • Select “Moderate” and click on “Scan”.
  • Next, click on “Select All” and then click on “Delete”. Click “Yes” and continue.
  • Do, the same for leftover files and folders. Click on “Select All” and then click on “Delete”. Click “Yes” and continue.
  • The uninstallation of Discord has been completed. Now, Restart your computer.
  • Once your PC restart, go to: https://discord.com/ and click on “Download for Windows”.
  • Now, run the setup file and install Discord on your PC.
  • Login to your account and see if your problem is solved or not.

Fix 3. Use The Microsoft Version of Discord

  • Open Microsoft Store.
  • Search for Discord and install it.
  • Then check, if your issue is fixed or not.

Fix 4. Wait For Discord Developer To Fix The Issue

If all the three solutions do not work for you, then it is not you, it is the issue of Discord itself.

In this situation, you can’t do anything, but to wait, until the issue is fixed by the Discord developer.
