Fix 1. Update Samsung Magician

If you have installed Samsung Magician on your computer, then updating it can help you to fix the issue.

Here how to update Samsung Magician:

  • Open Samsung Magician.
  • On the left bottom, click on “Update”.
  • If there is any update available, then download and install it.
  • Now, check if your problem is solved or not.

Fix 2. Turn OFF Sticky & Filter Keys

  • Click on Windows icon and go to Settings.
  • On the left, click on “Accessibility”.
  • Scroll down and click on Keyboard under Interaction.
  • Now, make sure Sticky and Filter keys is turned OFF. If not, then turn it OFF.

Fix 3. Turn OFF Gaming Mode

  • Click on Windows icon and go to Settings.
  • On the left, click on “Gaming”.
  • Click on Game Mode.
  • Make sure Game Mode is turned OFF. If it is not, then TURN IT OFF.

Fix 4. Delete & Reinstall KB5034123 Windows Update

  • Click on Windows icon and go to Settings.
  • On the left, click on “Windows Update” and then click on “Update history”.
  • Scroll down and click on “Uninstall updates”.
  • Now, click on “Uninstall” next to KB5034123 update history.

Note: If you don’t see KB5034123, then uninstall your last update.

  • After deleting the update, restart your PC.
  • After your PC restarts, go to Windows Update and click on “Check for updates”.
  • Download and install the update.
  • After the update is completed, check if CTRL+W is working or not.
