Fix 1. Reset Your Internet Connection

In Windows Search, type “CMD”, right-click on “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator”.

In the command prompt, you have to type 3 code and hit ENTER. They are as follows:

  1. Type “ipconfig /flushdns” and hit Enter.
  2. Type “netsh winsock reset” and hit Enter.
  3. Type “netsh int ip reset” and hit Enter.

After this, restart your PC and check if your issue is fixed or not.

Fix 2. Change DNS Server

  • In Windows Search, type Control Panel and open it.
  • Go to Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Connections (e.g., Ethernet/Wi-Fi).
  • Click on “Properties”. Double-click on “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
  • Select “Use the following DNS server addresses”.
  • In the Preferred DNS server, enter “8.8.8”.
  • In the Alternate DNS server, enter “8.4.4”.
  • Click on “OK” and close the Windows.
  • Restart your PC and then check if your problem is fixed or not.

Fix 3. Delete Roblox Game Local Files

  • Press “Windows + R” to open Run command. In the Run box type “%localappdata%” and hit enter.
  • Here look for Roblox folder and open it.
  • Now select all 3 files related to Global Basic Settings and delete them all.
  • Now, open Logs folder and select all files and delete them all.
  • Now, restart your PC and launch the game and check if your problem solved or not.

Fix 4. Delete Roblox Folder

  • Press “Windows + R” to open Run command. In the Run box type “%localappdata%” and hit enter.
  • Here look for Roblox Right-click on it and delete the folder.
  • Then look for “Temp” folder and open it.
  • Here look for Roblox Right-click on it and delete the folder.
  • Now, restart your PC and launch the game and check if your problem is solved or not.

Fix 5. Uninstall and Re-Install Roblox

Finally, uninstall Roblox.

  • Go to Windows > Settings > Apps > Installed app > search for Roblox > click on 3 dots and then click on “Uninstall”.
  • Open Microsoft Store.
  • Search for Roblox and click on “Get”.
  • Once installed, open it and enjoy playing the game without any errors.
