Fix 1: Restart Your Phone

To fix wifi connection issues such as Wifi saved but not connecting or wifi keep disconnecting, you should restart your device and then check.

Restarting gives a fresh start thereby fixing several issues.

  • Long press Power button.
  • From the Power Menu tap on “Restart” option.

Fix 2: Check for Software Update

Make sure your device has the latest software installed.

  • To check for software updates, go to Settings.
  • Tap on System > Software Update.
  • Tap on System update > Check for update.
  • If any update is available, then tap on “Download and Install”.

Fix 3: Connect Your WiFi To Another Device

In order to identify the problem, you should try to connect your Wifi with another device.

  • Tap on “Reset” to confirm.

  • Tap Erase all data. If asked enter PIN/Password.
  • Tap on “Erase all data”.

Now, set up your device and then connect your Wi-Fi network and see if the issue has been fixed.

If all fixes fail, then contact your internet service provider or the Google Support Team for further help.

Describe your issue in brief to them and then follow their instructions to fix the wifi problem.
