Fix 1. Clear Persistent Storage, Turn on QoS taggings & Clear Alternate Mac Address
1.1. Clear Persistent Storage
- Press Xbox Guide button.
- Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Blu-ray.
- Click on Persistent storage and then click “Clear persistent storage”.
1.2. Turn On QoS Taggings
- Press Xbox Guide button.
- Go to Settings > General > Network settings.
- Navigate to Advanced settings > QoS tagging settings.
- Check mark “DSCP tagging” & “WMM tagging”.
- Then click on “Restart now” and confirm it.
1.3. Clear Alternate Mac Address
- Press Xbox Guide button.
- Go to Settings > General > Network settings.
- Navigate to Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address.
- And then click on “CLEAR” and then Restart your console.
Fix 2. Change DNS Settings Manually
- Launch Xbox and go to Profile & System > Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings.
- Select DNS Settings > Manual.
- Primary DNS: 8.8.8
- Secondary DNS: 8.4.4
Fix 3. Restart Router
- If yet problem is not solved, then turn off your Wi-Fi router.
- Wait for a couple of minutes.
- And then turn on your Wi-Fi router.
- Connect Wi-Fi to your Xbox console and then check problem is solved or not.
