2. Check For Updates

  • Navigate to the Samsung Wearable app and choose About earbuds.
  • Now, choose Update earbuds software, then Download and install the software update.

3. Restart Your Device And The Earbuds

Open the lid in charging case, if only one bud is not playing and the other one is working fine, then remove the one that has enough charge.
