How To Fix Last Epoch Stuck on Connecting and Cannot Login
1. Make Sure Last Epoch Servers Are Online
Before trying any other solutions, first make sure that Last Epoch server is online.

If you find that server is under maintenance or down, then wait until it is fixed by the game developers.
2. Check For Last Epoch Game Update
- Launch Last Epoch on your PC and check for any available game updates or patches within the game client.
- If any updates are available, then download it and then re-launch the game and check.
3. Restart Your Last Epoch Game/Restart Your Device
Sometimes, a simple game restart fixes the issue. So, close the game and launcher completely.
Restart launcher and relaunch the game and then check.
If that doesn’t help, then restart your device and then see if that help.
Fix 4. Run Last Epoch as an Admin
- Open Steam. Right-click on “Last Epoch” and click on Manage > Browse local files.
- It will open the Game Installation folder. The path is – C:\Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Last Epoch.
- Right-click on “Last Epoch” exe file and select “Properties”.
- Go to “Compatibility” tab and tick mark “Run this program as an administrator”.
- Then click on “Apply” and “OK”.
- Now, launch the game from the installation folder, from here itself and check problem is solved or not.
Fix 5. Allow Last Epoch Through Firewall/Antivirus
- On your PC, click on “Windows” icon and click on Settings.
- On the left, click on “Privacy & security” and then click on “Windows Security”.
- Click on “Firewall and network protection” and then click on “Allow an app through firewall”.
- Click on “Change settings” and then click on “Allow another app”.
- Then click on “Browse” and add Last Epoch exe file.
- Go to Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Last Epoch
- Select “Last Epoch” exe file and add it.
- Also, allow Last Epoch through antivirus program or disable it for a while.
Fix 6. Verify Integrity of Game Files
- Open Steam and go to Library. Right-click on Last Epoch and select “Properties”.
- Go to “Installed Files” tab and then click on “Verify integrity of game files”.
- Now, check if your problem is solved or not.
Fix 7. Reset Your Internet Connection
In Windows Search, type “CMD”, right-click on “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator”.
In the command prompt, you have to type 3 code and hit ENTER. They are as follows:
- Type “ipconfig /flushdns” and hit Enter.
- Type “netsh winsock reset” and hit Enter.
- Type “netsh int ip reset” and hit Enter.
After this, restart your PC and check if your issue is fixed or not.
Fix 8. Change DNS Server
- In Windows Search, type Control Panel and open it.
- Go to Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Connections (e.g., Ethernet/Wi-Fi).
- Click on “Properties”. Double-click on “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
- Select “Use the following DNS server addresses”.
- In the Preferred DNS server, enter “8.8.8”.
- In the Alternate DNS server, enter “8.4.4”.
- Click on “OK” and close the Windows.
- Restart your PC and then check if your problem is fixed or not.
