Note: In order to perform cache partition, you have to boot your Galaxy Z Flip 5 into recovery mode.
Step 1: Press and hold Power button, until Power Off Menu appears. Tap on Power Off option.
Step 2: While your phone is switched OFF, connect your phone to a computer using a USB cable.
Step 3: Now, press and hold Power + Volume Up button together and keep holding it until your device boot into recovery mode, then release the buttons. You can also disconnect the phone from the computer now.
Step 4: Now, with the use of Volume down button select “wipe cache partition” and press Power button to confirm.
Step 5: Select “Yes”, using Volume button and confirm by pressing the Power button. Wait for the process to be complete.
Step 6: Once the process is completed, you will be taken back to the main Recovery Menu. Here, highlight and select “Reboot system now” to start your device in normal mode.
