However, there are some tips/solutions that you can try yourself to solve the issue and save time.
Solution 1: Restart Your OnePlus Phone
This is the very first step that you must follow, as restarting gives a fresh start and helps in solving various major and minor issues
- Press Power button until the menu appears.
- Here tap on “Restart” option.
After restart, check if the green line has disappeared or not. If not, then you can follow other solutions.
Solution 2: Restart The Device In Safe Mode
