Step 1: First, switch of your phone. To do so, press and hold “Volume Down + Power” buttons together and then press the “Power Off” option.
Step 2: Now put your device in recovery mode. To do so, press and hold “Volume Up + Power” key together until Recovery Mode get displayed on the screen.
Step 3: Once, you are in Recovery Mode. Use the Volume button and navigate to “Wipe data/factory reset” and then press “Power” button to select and confirm it.
Step 4: On the next screen, navigate to the “Factory data reset” option using Volume button and then press “Power” to select and confirm it. The hard reset process will start and may take some time.
Step 5: Once the process gets finished. Simply select and confirm the “Reboot system now” option by using the same button as before.
