Step 1: First, switch of your phone. To do so, press and hold “Volume Down + Power” buttons together and then press the “Power Off” option.

Step 2: Now put your device in recovery mode. To do so, press and hold “Volume Up + Power” key together until Recovery Mode get displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Once, you are in Recovery Mode. Use the Volume button and navigate to “Wipe data/factory reset” and then press “Power” button to select and confirm it.
