How To Fix “Oops. Couldn’t load any videos” In YouTube Kids
Fix 1. Select The Age Range
- Open the app.
- Tap on “Lock” icon next to “Privacy”.
- Solve the Math Problem or enter your passcode and click on “Submit”.
- Click on “Settings”
- Scroll down and under “My Kids” select your kid’s account.
- Enter your password and click on “Edit Settings”.
- Select the age range as per your kid’s age (for example – Younger Ages 5-8).
- Now, check if your problem is solved or not.
Fix 2. Use YouTube Kids Signed Out
- Open the app.
- Tap on “Lock” icon next to “Privacy”.
- Solve the Math Problem or enter your passcode and click on “Submit”.
- Tap on Settings.
- Scroll down and click on “Use YouTube Kids signed out” and click on “Sign Out” to confirm.
- Select “I’m a parent” and enter your date of birth and confirm.
- Read the message and then click on “Skip” when it asks you to sign in to your Google Account.
- Now, select the age range as per your kid’s age (for example – Younger Ages 5-8).
- Now, check if your problem is solved or not.
Fix 3. Uninstall and Re-Install The App
- Tap and hold the app and delete/uninstall it.
- Restart your device.
- Now, open App Store (for iOS) or Play Store (for Android).
- Search for “YouTube Kids” and install it.
- Open YouTube Kids app and check if videos are loading or not.
