Fix 1. Make Sure Xbox Enable Multiplayer Option Is Allowed

  • Press Xbox Guide button.
  • Click on Settings in Profile & system
  • Go to Account > Privacy & online safety

5.1: Change DNS Settings

  • Go to Profile & System > Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings.
  • Select DNS Settings > Manual.
  • Primary DNS: 8.8.8
  • Secondary DNS: 8.4.4

5.2: Change Tagging Settings

  • Press Xbox Guide button.
  • Go to Settings > General > Network settings.
  • Navigate to Advanced settings > QoS tagging settings.
  • Check mark “DSCP tagging” & “WMM tagging”.
