Fix 1. Change Palworld’s Compatibility Settings & Create Palworld Shortcut

1.1: Change Palworld’s Compatibility Settings

  • Open Xbox app and right-click on Palworld.
  • Then click on “Manage” and then go to “Files” tab and click on “Browse”.
  • In the opened window, open the following folder:
  • Palworld > Content > Pal > Binaries > WinGDK folder.
  • Right-click on “Palworld-WinGDK-Shipping.exe” and select “Properties”.
  • Go to “Compatibility” tab, check mark “Run this program as an administrator” and “Disable fullscreen optimizations”.
  • Click on “Apply” and then on “Save”.

1.2: Create Palworld Shortcut

  • Open Xbox app and right-click on Palworld.
  • Within “General” tab click on “CREATE DESKTOP SHORTCUT
  • Go to Desktop and right-click on Palworld shortcut and select “Run as administrator”.
  • Now, check if your problem is solved or not.

Fix 2. Run Xbox Services Automatically

  • In Windows Search, type “Run” and open it.
  • In Run box, type “services.msc” and hit ENTER.
  • Scroll down and look for Xbox Services. You can see there are 4 Xbox Services.
  • Right-click on Xbox Accessory Management and select “Properties”.
  • In the Startup type: from the drop-down menu select “Automatic”.
  • And if the service status is stopped, then click on “Start” to start the service.
  • Click “Apply” and “OK”.

Repeat the same steps for the other 3 remaining Xbox services:

  • Xbox Live Auth Manager.
  • Xbox Live Game Save
  • Xbox Live Networking Service

Now, check if your problem is fixed or not.

Fix 3. Clear Palworld’s Cache Files

  • In Windows Search, type “Run” and open it.
  • In Run box, type “%localappdata%” and hit ENTER.
  • In the opened window, look for “Pal” folder and delete it.
  • Now, launch the Palworld game and check if your problem is solved or not.
