Solution 2: Turn OFF Bedtime/Sleep Mode
Bedtime or Sleep mode feature is designed to reduce the eye strain before you go to sleep and prevent your sleep from being disturbed. When these modes are turned ON, then screen on your device turns black and white and most of the sounds get muted.
So, check bedtime or sleep mode is enabled or not, if enabled then turn it OFF.

Visibility feature that can be found under Accessibility option. This feature is available for those who have vision loss or who are blind.
When this feature is enabled then it turns screen to be in black and white. So, simply turn it off to fix the issue.
- Go to device Settings > Accessibility.
- Tap Visibility enhancement > Color adjustment.
