There are many people out there seeking for help when their right or left Samsung Galaxy earbuds not charging.
I have gone through lots of community and forum websites I see that many users facing this problem.
Problems of the two users are mentioned below for both cases – Right and left.
Practical Scenario 1: Right Galaxy Bud Won’t Charge
Both the case and the left galaxy bud will charge properly. But for some reason the right galaxy bud won’t charge. Inside of the case when only the right galaxy bud is in, it will recognize that it’s in there because it will show the red charging light on the inside, but i’ve had it in there while the case is plugged into the charger for several hours and no progress has been made. I tried it with both buds in there and still only the left will charge. The case has full battery. I’ve cleaned the contacts. I’ve kept them away from water. I can’t reset or update them because the right one is dead and both need to be connected for an update or reset, so I can’t take that route. I’ve had them for less than a month. I’ve treated them well. Does anyone have any ideas for why it might not be working

Practical Scenario 1: Left Earbud Not Charging In Case
Left earbud discharging considerably faster than right one. Place both into case and leave to charge, after a while case led inside showing green, right one 100% charged but left one says disconnected when I view the status on my phone.
I have to remove right bud from case and then move bud around in case and eventually led changes to red and left bud eventually Charger and then the whole process repeats itself.
Really frustrating, I have reset and ensured software is updated but still the same.
Can anyone help?

Fix #1 – Fully Charge The Case and Earbuds
Before you do anything make sure that you have fully charged the case. Most users forget this. Basically, these cases are need to be charged enough so that it can work properly.
Also, before using the earbuds, it needs to be charged too, if you are using it for the first time or if it has not been used for a very long time. The buds will get switched on, when they are charging. Or at least you can charge them for 15-20 minutes before using it.
Fix #2 – Place The Earbuds In The Charging Case Properly
Note: When charging, use the original USB cable that came along with it and wall adapter approved by Samsung (which is sold separately). Also, make sure earbuds are compatible with select Samsung QI wireless charging pads or phones using PowerShare.
It is easy to put the earbuds in charging case, but user sometimes misplace them inside the charging case.
When you place the buds in the charging case – then it should display constant RED light (which means the buds are getting charged). If RED light is flashing/blinking then the reason behind it could be faulty buds. You need to adjust the case connection properly, until it starts to charge.
These buds can be faulty as they think they are being fully charged and hence, the case indicates you the GREEN light. But the fact is that they are not charged.
Your aim is to get the earbud to stay constant at RED light (which indicate it is being charging), instead of GREEN (which falsely shows you that it is entirely charged).
